Strawberries Parfait

3 Strawberries Cut, 1 banana dice, 1 tbsp of oats, 1/4 cup of blueberries, 1 tbsp of dark chocolate chip, 1 1/2 cup of greek yogurt, and 1 cup of Strawberries protein powder.

Cut the strawberries and banana however you like it. Pour the greek yogurt in a bowl with the strawberry protein powder. Whip together smoothly.

Then place the topping of your choice. Enjoy

 

 

My Journey

My life been through most wouldn’t and some had it worst.  But we all continue to strive for the best. We continue to proceed our future and hope for the best. My life had it’s up and down but I continue to keep a smile on my face.  Today, I started my new journey. Mix a few recipe in the kitchen. Muscle build in the kitchen and mind build in the gym.
